Congrats, Charlize Theron!
The 40-year-old actress won the best female performance honor at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, April 10 for her portrayal of Imperator Furiosa in 2015’s Mad Max: Fury Road — and dedicated her win to one very special person in her life!
“Tonight I accept this award on behalf of my own little Furiosa — my daughter, August Simone,” Charlize said of the little girl she adopted last July.

Following her highly-publicized split from boyfriend Sean Penn, Charlize adopted baby August as a single mom in July 2015. She previously adopted son Jackson, 4, in 2012.
