Eva also dished how she’s able to keep up with her beauty routine even though most of her time is dedicated to her little one.
“Well sometimes I do it at 4 a.m,” she explained. “I’m no longer in control of my schedule, and I try to take advantage of the time when she’s sleeping.
“I love to be diligent about my routine every day, especially with my skin. I travel so much that I think it helps keep me grounded.”
Eva and Ryan, who’ve been dating since 2011, welcomed Esmeralda last September.
